By visiting tacticalblocks.com and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our website or Services.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that powers our online store.

We may refuse service where we have a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms. Your content (excluding payment information) may be transmitted unencrypted across various networks. Payment card information is always encrypted during transmission. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Services without our express written permission.
Section 3 — Accuracy of Information
The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. We may modify the content of this Site at any time, with no obligation to update previously published information. Section 4 — Pricing and Service Modifications
Product prices may change at any time. Any change applies only to orders placed after the change and never to an order we have already accepted. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services, and where this affects an order you have already placed, we will notify you and refund you in full.
Section 5 — Products and Services
Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. We make every effort to represent product colours and images accurately, but screens vary and we cannot guarantee exact colour reproduction on every device. We may limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction, and we may discontinue any product at any time.
Section 6 — Orders, Billing, and How the Contract Is Formed
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch the product, and we will send you a dispatch confirmation at that point.
We may refuse or cancel an order where we have a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, a pricing or stock error, or orders that appear to be placed for resale or distribution. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and account information for all purchases.
Your right to cancel your order and return your product is set out in our , which forms part of these Terms.
Section 7 — Safe Use and Age Suitability
Our products are toys that fire soft-tipped projectiles. Please read and follow all instructions and warnings supplied with the product.
- Observe the age rating printed on the packaging. Our products are not suitable for children below that age.
- Adult supervision is required during play.
- Never aim at the face, eyes, or head of any person or animal. We recommend eye protection during head-to-head play.
- Use only the projectiles supplied by us or specified by us. Modified or third-party projectiles may cause injury and void your warranty.
- Do not modify the firing mechanism, and do not alter the colour or appearance of the product.
- Do not carry or display the product in public. Several countries, including the United Kingdom and Germany, restrict the carrying and public display of items resembling firearms. You are responsible for complying with the law where you live.
- Keep the product and its small parts away from children below the stated age rating.
Section 8 — Third-Party Tools
We may provide access to third-party tools on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties or endorsements of any kind. Your use of any optional third-party tool is at your own risk. New features or services made available in the future are also subject to these Terms.
Section 9 — Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Any transaction or interaction you have with a third party is between you and them. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policy of any third-party site before engaging.

If you send us content, ideas, or feedback, whether solicited or unsolicited, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our business, including in marketing. You keep ownership of what you submit.

If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before doing anything. You may then confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund. We will not change the price of an accepted order without your agreement.

- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Defective products, under applicable product liability law
- The statutory guarantee that goods conform to the contract, and any other right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited by law
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that these Terms do not affect. In the European Economic Area you have a statutory guarantee of conformity of at least two years. In the United Kingdom you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing here reduces those rights.
Section 15 — Indemnification
If you use the Services in breach of these Terms, or in breach of the law or the rights of a third party, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and legal costs we incur as a direct result.
This section does not apply to you as a consumer acting in good faith in connection with an ordinary purchase, and it does not limit your statutory rights.
Section 16 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Section 17 — Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. We may terminate your access to the Services where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents us from doing so. Obligations incurred before termination survive the end of this agreement, and termination does not affect any order we have already accepted.
Section 18 — Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Refund & Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and any operating rules posted on this Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tactical Blocks. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
Section 19 — Governing Law and Where Disputes Are Heard
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and those courts may apply your local consumer law.
If you would prefer to resolve a dispute out of court, contact us first at support@tacticalblocks.com. Consumers in the European Economic Area may also approach the alternative dispute resolution body or consumer authority in their own country.
Section 20 — Updates to These Terms
We may update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders we have already accepted.
Section 21 — Warranty
Coverage. If a Tactical Blocks product proves defective through faulty materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge, at our discretion.
Exclusions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, unauthorised modification or repair, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control. Normal wear on consumable parts and accessories may not be covered.
How to claim. Email support@tacticalblocks.com with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the fault. We may request additional documentation to validate the claim.
Your legal rights are separate. This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and does not limit them in any way.
