Weather, customs and carrier backlogs happen. Email us and we will chase the carrier with you. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your order being confirmed, you can cancel it for a full refund.

That is our problem, not yours. Your order is our responsibility until it reaches your hands. Email us with your order number and a photo if it is damaged, and we will replace it or refund you in full, shipping included, at no cost to you.

Any taxes that apply to your order are shown at checkout before you pay. Depending on where you live, your shipment may also be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your own country. Those are set by your local authorities and are the recipient's responsibility.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason, with no fee, and we refund the purchase price plus standard delivery. Beyond that we voluntarily accept returns up to 60 days from delivery, with a small handling fee.

Yes, unless the item is faulty or damaged, in which case we cover everything.

No fee in the first 14 days. Between day 15 and day 60 a handling fee of 6.00 applies for up to 2 products, plus 6.00 for each additional product, deducted from your refund.

In the first 14 days you may unpack and inspect it, the same way you would in a shop. For the extended 60-day window it needs to be unused and in its original packaging.

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we email you and issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank decides how fast it appears, usually a few business days.

We exchange items that arrive faulty or damaged. Email us with your order number and a description of the problem.

Yes. If it was marked as a gift and shipped to you, you receive store credit for its value. If it was not marked as a gift, the refund goes to the person who bought it.

If a product proves defective through faulty materials or workmanship, we repair or replace it free of charge.

Misuse, accidents, neglect, unauthorised modification or repair, and normal wear on consumable parts and accessories.

No. In the European Union you have a statutory two-year guarantee that goods conform to the contract. In the United Kingdom you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our warranty is offered on top of those rights and does not limit them.
