How We Use Your Personal Information

Providing products and services. We use your information to process orders, handle payments, manage your account, arrange shipping, facilitate returns and exchanges, and send transactional notifications, including through Shopify's platform, subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. For customers in the EEA and UK, this is necessary to perform our contract with you under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Marketing and advertising. We send promotional communications by email or SMS, and display personalised advertisements.

For residents of the EEA and the UK, we send electronic marketing only where you have given us consent, under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The one exception is that if you have purchased from us, we may email you about similar products under the existing-customer exemption in applicable electronic communications law. You can withdraw consent or opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by emailing support@tacticalblocks.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.

Personalised advertising through partners such as Meta relies on your cookie consent, which you may change or withdraw at any time through our cookie settings.
